-
EXLTUBE, a long-standing UNITED STATES CONSTRUCTION,
INC. customer, needed to expand with a new 52,000+ sq. ft.
pre-engineered metal building.
-
The new structure has 8" poured concrete
floors and is 480' long x 109' wide, including 39' high side
walls with an integrated crane rail system.
-
Interior walls were lined with a 14 ga. liner
panel to protect the walls.
-
The building was designed with a bridge crane
system to accommodate two 20 ton cranes that
expedite steel from storage areas to
trucks for delivery of product.
-
In addition, UNITED STATES
CONSTRUCTION, INC. installed an oversized
rolling steel door in an adjacent building to accommodate
the increased shipping
capacity of the expanded facility.
-
Lighting for the expansion was achieved through
the installation of high bay 400 watt metal halide light
fixtures with full acrylic
lenses.
- This is the third building of this size built by UNITED STATES
CONSTRUCTION, INC. at this location for EXLTUBE.
