General Mills selected UNITED STATES
CONSTRUCTION to construct a
4,000
sq. ft.
10th floor addition on top of their existing mill.

The existing roof
was removed and a new concrete floor was put in place.
-
The addition
started at a height of 122'.
-
The new structure is 24' high x 80'
long x 50' wide.
-
The roof is metal 24 ga. standing seam.
-
Insulated metal panels were
installed on the exterior & 26 ga. baked enamel finish
metal liner panels were installed on the interior.
