an alternative method of payment to better serve our customers.

Details of this payment option include:

This service will eliminate the process of
P.O.'s on small projects or repairs that do not require a
P.O., or on any projects that
require immediate attention.

Hourly rates are available for labor. The hourly rate includes
hand tools, ladders and other misc. equipment needed for the project
that are in the on-site vehicle.

Upon the completion of the project, we will
issue an invoice that will become part of your company
records.

Our phones are answered 24 hrs. a day/365
days a year for emergency purposes.

Warranties: UNITED STATES CONSTRUCTION, INC.
warranties materials that were supplied and labor for a full
2 years from the date of
completion. Manufacturer's warranties may exceed the above
general contractor's warranty. All warranties exclude misuse,
abuse,
and acts of God.
