- Holland 1916's original office space had a conventional look.

UNITED STATES CONSTRUCTION, INC., WORKING WITH
AN INTERIOR DESIGNER AND OUR ARCHITECT, DESIGNED A CONTEMPORARY,
OPEN CEILING
WITH
AN ABUNDANCE OF OUTSIDE LIGHT WITH STATE OF THE ART OFFICES
AND CONFERENCE ROOMS.

Two levels of ceilings were removed, exposing
the building structure, as well as mechanical items.

An attractive and easy to care for
epoxy floor coating was applied to the high
traffic entryway.
-
Electrical and data lines were installed in
the existing concrete slab for power and communications to
employee work stations.
-
A new HVAC system with exposed spiral ductwork
controls the environment.
-
A 9' height glass wall system was used to create
(3) conference/meeting rooms.
-
Energy efficient T-5 fluorescent fixtures with
uplighting illuminate the work area, as well as the exposed
structure above.
