Before - This 40,000 sq. ft. complex of concrete block buildings had numerous areas where water had penetrated through the block, causing paint failure.

In Progress - Existing paint is scraped off of the building in preparation for receiving wall coating treatment

Completed Project - A new standing seam metal roof system was installed, as well as a metal cap to eliminate water in the walls. After completion of the roof, SOLARGARD HY-BUILD wall coating system was applied to waterproof the wall and beautify the facility.
